     Stauffers of Kissel Hill is a local and family owned company that values teamwork, respect, integrity, commitment and service.  We are currently looking for a person to join our creative Marketing team as a Visual Brand Specialist for our Fresh Foods and Home & Garden Stores.



    This is a full time position at our Corporate Office, 36-40 hours per week.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Create, develop, and implement the visual brand strategy for Fresh Foods and Home & Garden for brand consistency to increase awareness and value.
    • Follow thru on the visual conception, definition, launch, and post-launch including store visits for compliancy.
    • Monitor competitors and industry trends and make recommendations to keep our company at the forefront.

    • Oversee the production of advertising and marketing communications materials. Communicate information to marketing team.
    • Set the stylistic and artistic direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns in print, TV, and on the Internet and In-store.
    • Cross-train and perform other duties within the marketing department or other areas as assigned.
    • Positively interact and effectively communicate with all Stauffers team members.


    • Creative with visual & ideas.
    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photo Shop, Microsoft Suite, Google Docs.
    • Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
    • Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.

    • Excellent communication, prioritization and organization skills.

    • Ability to work independently to meet uncompromising deadlines.
